Each of the one and two-bedroom apartments feature comfortable, spacious lounges, fully-equipped kitchens for that sense of freedom and home-comfort and the flexible cleaning, laundry and linen services can be personalised to meet your every need.

All apartments have WI-FI connection, direct telephone line and fax (on request) as well as international  TV channels, in-room safe and reinforced doors.

REGULATION TO PREVENT COVID-19

 In order to protect the health of all the Guests and  the workers of our Residence we inform you that the apartments and the public areas are periodically sanitized and: 

  • the apartments are regularly cleaned with specific products to disinfect surfaces and to sanitize them. In addition they are aerated and left empty for minimum 24 hours before they can be occupied by other guests;
  • it could be taken the temperature to personnel, suppliers and guests before come in the residence;
  • everyone must wear the mask or a suitable protection to respiratory tract;
  • At the entrance there is available a disinfecting gel for washing the hands and we recommend to use it;
  • It is required to keep a social distance of minimum 1 meter, avoiding physical contact even in giving the keys of the apartment or document, etc;
  • In the public spaces it is strongly recommended to avoid waiting and crowding;
  • The use of the lift must be limited at a person a time;
  • The access to the apartments is just upon reservation
  • It is appreciated if we could receive the identity card or passport of the Guests per e-mail before the check-in.
