Dear Guest, the Milan city council approved the introduction of the city tax which is come into force the 1st of September 2012. The tax will be applied per person and per day of stay. It will be paid directly to the residence by the day of check-out. Reductions are expected during periods of low tourist season that will be decided by the city council of Milan. The amount of the tax is euro 3,00 per person per day ;for long stay term the tax has to be paid until the 14th day of stay. Afterwards nothing else is due.
